I am writing this letter to compliment your firm on the outstanding professionalism, knowledge and patience Strata-Tek exhibited when I called you to assist in a situation I was having with my basement. I have never before experienced a wet basement nor have I any knowledge of how/why basements need to be waterproofed. The Strata-Tek technicians you sent were exceptionally observant, analytical, and friendly. They were able to explain to me my problem to me in a way that I could understand.

In doing my due diligence, I had several other companies give me estimates to have this work done. They all seemed more interested in selling me then answering my questions.

When your inspector came to my house. he took the time to make sure that I understood why my basement was leaking as well as to explain the various solutions I could consider to remedy the problem. This type of communication made it much easier for me to hire your company. Not only did he, walk me through the installation process from beginning to end, but not once did he try to sell me. His knowledge and professionalism won him my business!

The crew that installed my system was great. They came on time, were very polite to my family, and extremely informative. The job was done ahead of the schedule your team originally presented to me and when they left everything, was clean and tidy as it was before they started working.

Before I had my basement waterproofed, every time it rained I would get very stressed knowing that I would have to be up half the night with numerous towels and a shop vacuum. Now I can say my basement is completely dry and we have experienced some substantial rains since we had the work done.
